Trinity Training

Trinity training is a group fitness class. Each day targets a different group or style of training. We use strength, power, endurance, stability, core, flexibility, and a variety of exercises to help you live an overall better lifestyle! This class will for sure bring the energy to help push you to make your mind, body, and spirit stronger! This class is designed with many modifications so all training ability levels can work together to get better! We love the family atmosphere that Trinity develops as we all push ourselves. The class is structured and designed to target specific variables to help optimize your overall life!

$65 a month for UNLIMITED CLASSES
$80 a month for UNLIMITED CLASSES and OPEN GYM

Monday – 9am and 6pm

Tuesday – 9am and 6pm

Wednesday – NO CLASSES

Thursday – 9am and 6pm

Friday – 9am

Saturday- 9am

Sunday – Jesus is King No Class

(Classes are 1 hour long!)
